Dr. McKinney is a naturopathic physician and acupuncturist practicing at the Vital Victoria Naturopathic Center. Lynda McKinney is the office manager and is also a Reiki practitioner. The focus of their practice is cancer care, although new patients with pain or any other challenges are welcome.
