Universal Tattoo has been applying their art to the bodies of Victorians and visitors alike for over 25 years. Owner and artist Bob Toner runs a great shop.

Universal is located downtown on Broad Street between Pandora and Johnson Streets near the Eaton Centre. The shop is very bright, clean and friendly. Thousands of traditional tattoos along with original designs are catalogued by style for customer selection. Several tattoo artists ply their craft in the store’s many sanitary work stations using the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Bob says he chose Padgett Business Services to keep track of his books and taxes because we are a large, well known company, and because we look after him and the needs of his business.

Don’t come into Universal drunk, under age, or in love for the first time because you will not get your tattoo. Bob and all of his associates operate to a strict code of ethics.

Everyone is welcome to come in any time to view the extensive art collection and the only rule that Bob asks is that people not feed the tattoo artists!

Mon - Sat: 11:00am to 7:00pm
Sun: 12:00pm to 6:00pm
