Glenn Vickers - Patriarch – Mentor – Pioneer
In Memoriam
With Glenn’s passing in October of 2014, we have lost an exemplary leader, friend and family member. He was devoted to Padgett, a company he founded in 1991, and his legacy will live on through the passion he shared so freely, the knowledge he shared so deeply, and the countless lives he touched in so many wonderful ways.
Chris Hammond – Senior Managing Partner
Chris has been helping small businesses succeed in Victoria since joining Padgett Business Services in 1995.
Chris wants to be a cowboy when he grows up.
Gary Vickers – Senior Payroll Manager
Gary manages our Paytrak Payroll Services and has been with Padgett since 2006. His extensive knowledge of the payroll process, employment standards, HRDC and income tax has made him a valuable asset to all of our clients. Gary is a member of the Canadian Payroll Association.
Gary wants to own the Dallas Cowboys when he grows up.
Michelle Clifford – Managing Partner
Michelle Clifford has been a part of Padgett since 2006 and is currently the Office Manager at our Saanich location. Her experience within the local Victoria area as a bookkeeper for over 21 years, brings an added edge to her knowledge of local businesses. She currently holds a seat on the Board of Directors as the Treasurer of CCSVI Hope Ambassadors Society, and has a passion for photography.
Michelle wants to be a CSI when she grows up.
Christine West – Managing Partner
Christine has been with Padgett since 2009 managing our Colwood location. She is an outdoor enthusiast and loves to travel. She also enjoys spending as much time as she can with her two beautiful girls.
Christine wants to be a pediatrician when she grows up.
Renee Robinson – Managing Partner
Renee was born and raised in Calgary and has been with Padgett since 2006. She’s passionate about helping individuals and small businesses navigate the world of accounting and tax with confidence.
When she’s not busy opening new offices, she enjoys travelling, eating and spending time with her family.
Renee wants to be a ballerina when she grows up.
Mike Devine, B. Com. – Managing Partner
Mike is a UVic graduate, who earned his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce in August 2012. He has been with Padgett since 2010, where he started as a co-op student.
Mike wants to be a hockey player when he grows up.
Erin Orr – Office Manager – Duncan
Erin joined the Padgett Team in January of 2016 and has enjoyed growing client relationships along with her knowledge through the support of the amazing Padgett Team she works with. She loves dogs, hiking and pretends to like running. The goal is to have a few acres on a lake or river where she could grow her own food and have many a furry friend.
Erin wants to be a Veterinarian when she grows up.
Leigh-Ann MacLean – Office Manager – Langford
Leigh-Ann moved from Edmonton to Vancouver Island in 2014. She started at Padgett’s Colwood office in 2019 and moved to the Langford office on Goldstream Ave. when it opened in late 2024.
She is passionate about helping her clients and supporting the team around her. When she is not at the office you will find her at the gym, adventuring around the world, or dancing her heart out at music festivals.
Leigh-Ann wants to be a lawyer when she grows up.
Gayle McConnell, CPA – Staff Accountant
After 25 years Gayle finally returned back to Victoria and started working at Padgett in February 2025.
Although she loves all areas of accounting and tax, her favorite is dealing with trusts and estates.
Her favorite pastimes include gardening, playing golf, hanging out by a pool or a lake and watching her beloved Edmonton Oilers!
When she grows up she wants to be a sommelier.
Suzanne Caviness – Reception
Suzanne joined the Padgett team in May 2024 and is our Rockstar Receptionist & Front Desk at the Goldstream Location. Before Suzanne came to Padgett she was an esthetician for 30 years, spending the last 20 years running her own business. In her spare time you will find her spending time with her friends & family, adventuring in the outdoors, and enjoying a glass on wine on the deck.
When she grows up Suzanne wants to be a photographer.
Joe Van Swieten – Office manager - Jacklin
Born and raised in the Westshore, Joe has always called the Island home—and has no plans to leave its beauty behind. He first joined the Padgett team in 2019 at the Colwood office, and in 2024 made the move to Jacklin, where he now oversees daily operations alongside Bandit, the Designated Office Greeter (D.O.G.).
Joe is passionate about supporting small local & enjoys exploring new software and tools that help enhance client services. When he’s not in the office, Joe can usually be found tinkering with computers, diving into complex spreadsheets, enjoying board games, hiking with Bandit, or chasing down something new to learn.

Allyza Haggarty – Staff Accountant
Allyza started with Padgett in June 2021 at the Colwood office. Prior to this, she was a Senior Civil Engineering Student in her home country of the Philippines. After moving to Canada in 2018 she enrolled at Camosun College where she is now in her 4th year of their Accounting program.
When this newly wed is not working you will find her playing computer games, reading, and napping.
When Allyza grows up she wants to be a lawyer.
Jean Grimshaw – Staff Accountant
Jean brings over 25 years of experience to our clients with her knowledge of buying and selling businesses, corporate and personal taxes and more. Jean has a passion for business and looks forward to bringing value to everyone she meets.
When Jean grows up she wants to be a veterinarian.
Anchal Gupta – Staff Accountant
I was born and brought up in India, and moved to Canada in the Fall of 2019. After completing my PDD- Accounting from Camosun I joined Padgett Business Services in June 2022.
I believe in God , and with his grace and blessings, I am here-safe and healthy. I like to meet people from all over the world, share experiences and stories. Be a part of something different. I wish to Travel more in future, badminton is my sport.
Anchal wants to be a dancer when she grows up.
Sabrina Reiser – Staff Accountant
Sabrina started with Padgett back in 2015 and worked with us until the summer of 2019. After a 5 year break, she’s returned home to the downtown office. She has her associates degree in business administration from Camosun College, which she completed in 2016.
Out of the office you can find her doing hair, eating popcorn at the movie theatre or out in the woods with friends. She loves to dance and is often seen dancing at a music festival or two in the summertime.
Sabrina wants to join the circus when she grows up!
Colton Blum – Staff Accountant
Colton grew up on a farm in Southern Alberta, and while he still loves the snow and winter, he is in no rush to leave Vancouver Island. He tries to balance his passions of puzzles, nature, musical theatre, fantasy books, boardgames, video games, sports and helping people. He decided that he would get his fill of math and puzzles with accounting and leave the rest to his hobbies. When he isn’t at work you might find him assisting with beekeeping, performing on stage, hiking mountains in flip flops or trying to get on Survivor. Colton joined our Jacklin location March of 2025.
Colton wants to be a Figure Skater when he grows up
Parampreet Kaur – Staff Accountant
Param was born and raised in Punjab, India, and moved to Canada in April 2022 to further her education in the School of Business majoring in Accounting at Camosun College. She joined Padgett in mid 2024 working from Fort Street office.
Param loves living in Victoria, and when she is not working, she enjoys walking around beaches, kayaking, gardening, and exploring new places.
She wants to be a CPA when she grows up.
Paige Renaud – Payroll Specialist
Paige joined us in May of 2018 and is an integral part of the Paytrak team.
Paige loves all things geeky; from comic book conventions, programming, and 3D printing to Dungeons and Dragons and beyond!
Paige wants to be a video game designer/programmer/tester when she grows up!
Megan Montgomery – Staff Accountant
Megan was born and raised in the Cowichan Valley and started at Padgett in July 2025.
She has been in the financial industry since 2011. Megan’s love of numbers and problem solving started in high school and she knew then she wanted to work in bookkeeping/accounting.
Outside the office Megan enjoys adventures with her two girls, curling, embroidery, and kayaking on the lake.
When Megan grows up she wants to go to the Olympics for curling.
Tianna Craig – Staff Accountant
Tianna joined Padgett in March 2025 and is the friendly face at the front desk of our Saanich location. She has a passion for all things related to plants, animals, and bugs. She spends her spare time taking care of her houseplants & crops or adventuring in the forests with her friends.
When Tianna grows up she wants open a hair salon with her cousin.
Kundan Sapkota - Staff Accountant
Kundan was born & raised in Kathmandu, Nepal, and moved to Victoria in 2015. He is a recent BBA–Accounting graduate from Camosun College and is excited to begin his journey in the accounting field. Kundan has a genuine interest in accounting, looking forward to growing professionally and gaining valuable knowledge and experience in his career.
Out of the office, you will find him exploring nature, playing soccer or cricket, or spending quality time with loved ones. He enjoys staying active and embracing the outdoors whenever he can.

Patrik Quezada - Staff Accountant
Patrik was born and raised in Aguascalientes, Mexico.
He joined Padgett in 2025 after graduating the BCom program at the University of Victoria. In his spare time, he enjoys going to the gym, playing soccer, and exploring the world.
When he grows up, Patrik wants to become a secret agent.
Alisha Marshall - Staff Accountant
HI I AM ALISHA!!
I was born in Tillsonburg, Ontario, the youngest of three children, which shaped my strong sense of family and resilience.
Today, we are proud parents of Noah who is 17-year-old son who is getting ready to graduate—an exciting milestone for both of us. We are very excited!!
In 2024, I made the decision to go back to school to pursue training as an Office Administration Assistant, a step that reflected my determination to grow and build a new path. That hard work has paid off, and I am now happy to have found a position with Padgett, marking the beginning of a new and rewarding chapter in my career.
When I grow up I wanted to be Retired in Mexico
Aya Tsuchida - Staff Accountant
Aya joined Padgett in December 2025. She was born and raised in Kobe, Japan. She moved to Victoria in 2016, and studied Business Admin at UVIC and Accounting at Camosun College. After completing PDD Accounting from Camosun, she has been working in accounting industry for over 5 years .
Outside of the office, Aya enjoys cooking, hiking, biking and traveling. She loves encountering any animal friends on her travels.
Aya wants to be a veterinarian when she grows up!
Connor Zanon – Payroll Specialist
Connor has been managing payroll services for small businesses Since 2023, helping them navigate everything from statutory deductions to employment standards. They enjoy ensuring clients’ payroll runs smoothly so business owners can focus on what matters most. Outside of work, Connor is always seeking their next adventure—whether it’s snowboarding, crafting, or jumping into a cold dip at Finlayson Point Beach.
A fan of anime, they also love to unwind with a good series when not outdoors. Numbers may be their job, but connecting with people is what Connor enjoys most.
Joce Mino – Payroll Specialist
From Toronto, Joce joined us in July of 2016. Joce furthered his payroll knowledge by completing the Payroll Compliance Legislation in January of 2018. He enjoys travelling and hiking and is always one to go new places or try new things. Hobbies include eating, music, and fitness. He plans to do a road trip across Canada when he finishes his license.
Joce wants to be a pilot when he grows up.
Jennifer Napthine - Staff Accountant
Jennifer has lived in Victoria for 10 years and started at Padgett’s Jacklin office in 2026. She is in enrolled at Camosun College and is in her 4th year of the Accounting BBA program.
Outside of the office she enjoys reading, gardening, exploring the island and the many swimming holes it has to offer with her husband.
Jennifer wants to be a wildlife rehabilitator when she grows up!
