Glenn Vickers - Patriarch – Mentor – Pioneer
In Memoriam
With Glenn’s passing in October of 2014, we have lost an exemplary leader, friend and family member. He was devoted to Padgett, a company he founded in 1991, and his legacy will live on through the passion he shared so freely, the knowledge he shared so deeply, and the countless lives he touched in so many wonderful ways.
Chris Hammond – Senior Tax Consultant
Chris has been helping small businesses succeed in Victoria since joining Padgett Business Services in 1995.
Chris wants to be a cowboy when he grows up.
Gary Vickers – Payroll Manager
Gary manages our Paytrak Payroll Services and has been with Padgett since 2006. His extensive knowledge of the payroll process, employment standards, HRDC and income tax has made him a valuable asset to all of our clients. Gary is a member of the Canadian Payroll Association.
Gary wants to own the Dallas Cowboys when he grows up.
Michelle Clifford – Office Manager – Quadra
Michelle Clifford has been a part of Padgett since 2006 and is currently the Office Manager at our Quadra location. Her experience within the local Victoria area as a bookkeeper for over 21 years, brings an added edge to her knowledge of local businesses. She currently holds a seat on the Board of Directors as the Treasurer of CCSVI Hope Ambassadors Society, and has a passion for photography.
Michelle wants to be a CSI when she grows up.
Mike Devine, B. Com. – Office Manager – Fort Street
Mike is a UVic graduate, who earned his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce in August 2012. He has been with Padgett since 2010, where he started as a co-op student.
Mike wants to be a hockey player when he grows up.
Christine West – Office Manager – Colwood
Christine has been with Padgett since 2009 working out of our Colwood office. She is an outdoor enthusiast spending as much time as she can on hiking trails and camping in the beautiful outdoors. She love to bake and entertain friends.
Christine wants to be a pediatrician when she grows up.
Erin Orr – Staff Accountant
Erin joined Padgett in January of 2016. She has an Associate Degree in General Science and has completed her Business Administration Diploma in April 2016. Erin would like to continue working towards her degree as time allows.
She loves hot yoga, hiking and pretends to like running and working out.
Erin wants to be a Veterinarian when she grows up.
Renee Robinson – Office Manager – Langford
Renee has been with Padgett Business Services since 2006 and moved back to Victoria after helping run a Padgett franchise in Chilliwack. She enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, gardening and hiking. Renee is a member of the Canadian Payroll Association.
Renee wants to be a ballerina when she grows up.
Paige Renaud – Client and Payroll Specialist
Paige joined us in May of 2018 and is a part of Paytrak helping alleviate work where she can. She plans to further her education further into payroll and accounting alike, starting in September of 2019.
Paige loves all things geeky; from comic book conventions, to programming, to Dungeons and Dragons. You’ll likely find her inside of Virtual Reality with a sword in hand!
Paige wants to be a video game designer/programmer/tester when she grows up!
Joe Van Swieten – Staff Accountant
Joe has a great love for fitness and all things nerdy. Whether its going for a hike with his animal companion Lucy, building a computer for a friend, or playing board games, Joe will give it his all. Joe plans to continue his education to complete his degree in Business Administration, Accounting and then go for his CPA.
Joe wants to be a veterinarian when he grows up!
Joce Mino – Payroll Specialist
From Toronto, Joce joined us in July of 2016. Joce furthered his payroll knowledge by completing the Payroll Compliance Legislation in January of 2018. He enjoys travelling and hiking and is always one to go new places or try new things. Hobbies include eating, music, and fitness. He plans to do a road trip across Canada when he finishes his license.
Joce wants to be a pilot when he grows up.
Leigh-Ann Maclean – Staff Accountant
Leigh-Ann joined the Padgett family at the Colwood office in August of 2019. She is currently working towards her Business Administration Diploma at Camosun College.
In her spare time she enjoys hiking, travelling, and going to music festivals.
When Leigh-Ann grows up she wants to be a lawyer.
Jean Grimshaw – Staff Accountant
Jean brings over 25 years of experience to our clients with her knowledge of buying and selling businesses, corporate and personal taxes and more. Jean has a passion for business and looks forward to bringing value to everyone she meets.
When Jean grows up she wants to be a veterinarian.
Madalynn Rosche – Staff Accountant
Madalynn is the newest member of Padgett’s Langford location.
She came on board with us in the fall of 2021.
When Madalynn grows up she wants to be a mom and happily say she’s achieved her life goal 😊
Anchal Gupta – Staff Accountant
I was born and brought up in India, and moved to Canada in the Fall of 2019. After completing my PDD- Accounting from Camosun I joined Padgett Business Services in June 2022.
I believe in God , and with his grace and blessings, I am here-safe and healthy. I like to meet people from all over the world, share experiences and stories. Be a part of something different. I wish to Travel more in future, badminton is my sport.
Anchal wants to be a dancer when she grows up.
Allyza Sanchez – Colwood Reception/Staff Accountant
Allyza Sanchez was a senior Civil Engineering Student in the Philippines and about to graduate before migrating to Canada in 2018. She attended Camosun College to pursue and continue her studies in the School of Business majoring in Accounting.
When Allyza grows up she wants to be a lawyer.
Jaswin Kaur – Staff Accountant
My name is Jaswin Kaur, and I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. From a young age, I’ve always been intrigued by numbers and financial systems, which has led me to develop a keen interest in the field of accounting.
I am particularly interested in taxes and financial advisory, as I enjoy helping individuals and businesses navigate their financial challenges. I believe that understanding tax regulations and financial planning can make a significant difference in people’s lives, and I’m excited about the prospect of contributing to that.

Connor Zanon – Payroll
Connor has been managing payroll services for small businesses Since 2023, helping them navigate everything from statutory deductions to employment standards. They enjoy ensuring clients’ payroll runs smoothly so business owners can focus on what matters most. Outside of work, Connor is always seeking their next adventure—whether it’s snowboarding, crafting, or jumping into a cold dip at Finlayson Point Beach.
A fan of anime, they also love to unwind with a good series when not outdoors. Numbers may be their job, but connecting with people is what Connor enjoys most.
Edna Chiang – Staff Accountant
Edna was born and raised in Hong Kong and moved to Canada in 2022 to further her studies. She completed her Business Administration Diploma in Accounting from Camosun College in December 2023 and soon after joined Padgett.
Edna wants to be a comic artist when she grows up.
Sabrina Reiser – Staff Accountant
Sabrina started with Padgett back in 2015 and worked with us until the summer of 2019. After a 5 year break, she’s returned home to the downtown office. She has her associates degree in business administration from Camosun College, which she completed in 2016.
Out of the office you can find her doing hair, eating popcorn at the movie theatre or out in the woods with friends. She loves to dance and is often seen dancing at a music festival or two in the summertime.
Sabrina wants to join the circus when she grows up!
Parampreet Kaur – Staff Accountant
Param was born and raised in Punjab, India, and moved to Canada in April 2022 to further her education in the School of Business majoring in Accounting at Camosun College. She joined Padgett in mid 2024 working from Fort Street office.
Param loves living in Victoria, and when she is not working, she enjoys walking around beaches, kayaking, gardening, and exploring new places.
She wants to be a CPA when she grows up.
